Major Fire in Nea Ionia: Café Fire Spreads to Residential Building
A fire in a coffee shop in Nea Ionia spread to the upper floors of an apartment building in the early morning hours of Monday. The fire department dispatched 18 personnel with 5 vehicles and specialized rescue equipment to rescue multiple people and combat the fire. Several apartments were completely destroyed and residents were evacuated from the roof.
