Man in doll mask terrorizes Philadelphia
Philadelphia police announced that they are searching for a man wearing a doll mask who has been terrorizing city residents. In the previous week, he reportedly threatened and harassed at least six people near City Hall. On August 12, the suspect was captured on security camera following a person.
