Man sentenced following shooting of wife in Peyia
The Paphos Criminal Court sentenced a 59-year-old man on Monday to up to six years imprisonment after he shot his then 46-year-old wife twice with a hunting rifle in front of their house in Peyia in January 2025, seriously injuring her. The woman was subsequently hospitalized.
