Marios Georgiou misses gold medal at Mediterranean Games
Cypriot gymnast Marios Georgiou won the silver medal in balance beam at the Mediterranean Games in Taranto. Although he tied with Turkish competitor Altan Dogan at 14.000 points, Dogan received the gold medal according to the rules. Georgiou achieved a difficulty score of 5.400 points and an execution score of 8.600 points.
