Marriage Proposal on Empire State Building Ends with Arrest
A couple climbed to the top of the Empire State Building, unfurled a large banner with a peace message, and the man proposed to his partner. However, 33-year-old Angela Nikolaou and 32-year-old Vania Berkous were arrested when they returned to ground level.
