Massive cyberattacks on US banks and companies
Dozens of leading financial institutions and major US companies have been targeted by hacker groups over the last month, according to Google and internet analysis data. The attackers use fraudulent calls and fake websites to steal access codes and subsequently carry out ransomware attacks.
