Mavridis criticizes NATO members for Turkish occupation
Cypriot Member of the European Parliament Kostas Mavridis criticized NATO membership of Turkey, which occupies parts of European territory, in a statement to the Security Committee of the European Parliament. His one-year intervention at an information session with NATO Deputy Secretary General Radmila Shekerinska was directed against NATO members supporting the Turkish position.
