Measures to address delays in prison medical care
Justice Minister Costas Fitiris and Health Minister Neophytos Charalambides agreed on several measures to improve medical care for inmates in public hospitals. The agreements include special arrangements in emergency departments, better handling of psychiatric cases, and strengthening of the forensic medicine service.
