Memorial Service for War Fallen from 1974
An annual memorial service takes place on July 19 at the Church of Saint Andrew in the Oroklini refugee settlement to remember Themi Dimitriadis. He fell in 1974 during the Turkish invasion and was a familiar figure from the author's childhood in occupied Kato Derinia.
