Mercedes first Formula 1 team with electric truck
The Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula 1 team now uses the Mercedes-Benz Trucks eActros 600, an electric truck, becoming the first Formula 1 team to deploy an electric vehicle for the European part of the season. The move is part of efforts to reduce the carbon footprint of team activities. The vehicle transports racing material for the European circuits.
