Mexico: High-Ranking Drug Cartel Leader Arrested
Mexico's special forces have arrested Aoudias Flores (known as "El Jardinero"), one of the top leaders of the powerful "Jalisco New Generation Cartel" (CJNG), in the western region of Nayarit. Flores, for whom a reward of 5 million dollars was offered, had been operating as a regional commander with control over large cartel territories, as Mexican Security Minister Omar García Harfuch announced Monday.
