MHV Shareholders Hold Annual General Meeting
The annual general meeting of MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture Plc took place on Friday with full participation of share capital. The meeting showed 100-percent participation with 120,200,720 listed ordinary shares and 85,165,000 unlisted shares represented.
