Microplastics Detected for First Time in Urine of Cypriot Children
A study by the Cyprus International Institute for Environmental and Public Health (CII) at Cyprus University of Technology (TEPAK) detected microplastics in the urine of Cypriot children for the first time. The research findings were just published in an internationally recognized scientific journal and confirm the extent of environmental pollution from microplastics in the younger generation.
