Milk Producers Acquitted in EU Fraud Case
A court acquitted four defendants (legal and natural persons) in a case accused of unlawfully obtaining 799,426 euros from a European funding program valued at 5 million euros to the detriment of EU milk promotion. The case had been pending since 2008 and was initiated in 2017.
