The government launches a new international campaign in May to attract highly qualified Cypriot professionals abroad as part of the "Minds in Cyprus" initiative. Following parliamentary approval of legislation expanding tax benefits for foreign professionals, Nicosia is now shifting focus to new recruitment measures at home and abroad.
