Moldova Wants to Declare State of Emergency for Energy and Water
Moldova's pro-European leadership announced on Monday that it will ask parliament for approval to declare a state of emergency regarding energy and water supply. The reason is the dangerously low water level of the Dniester River, which Moldova shares with Ukraine.
