Monastery scandal: Court rejects motion for retrial
The Supreme Court of Nicosia rejected a defense motion to initiate a retrial in the economic portion of the Osios Avvakum Monastery scandal case. Following this decision, witness examinations began, while investigations focused on a spectacular robbery carried out by undercover persons.
