Morningstar DBRS upgrades Cyprus economic outlook to positive
Rating agency Morningstar DBRS upgraded the credit outlook of the Republic of Cyprus from stable to positive and confirmed the long-term credit rating at A level. The agency based the upgrade on Cyprus' strong financial position, high budget surpluses, and ongoing reduction of public debt. President Christodoulides welcomed this positive development.
