Mortgage interest rates decline after two years of pressure
After more than two years of intense pressure from the government and parliament, Cypriot banks are finally lowering mortgage interest rates, albeit modestly. Interest rates have fallen from their peak values, but experts see room for larger improvements in this most popular form of household loans.
