Multiple earthquakes strike southern Turkey in rapid succession
Southern Turkey was hit by three strong earthquakes in rapid succession, with epicenters in Adana and Osmaniye. According to Turkey's disaster management authority AFAD, the first earthquake measured 4.8 and the second 4.9 on the Richter scale, followed by a stronger third tremor.
