Municipal Association Protests Against State Financing
Cyprus' Municipal Association has rejected the government's state financing proposal and announced escalated measures. As a first sign of protest, the association plans a three-hour strike for August 3rd. Insufficient financing is impairing the municipalities' ability to adequately serve their citizens.
