Museum Collection Donated to the State
A private collector (Argyrou) transferred his valuable museum holdings to the Cypriot state on the condition that certain debts be forgiven. The donation commitment was made through the mediation of several individuals, and the donation was considerably more valuable than the debt forgiveness.
