National Bank of Greece distributes shares to employees
The National Bank of Greece announced the free distribution of 169,060 shares to eligible employees as part of the third cycle of its 2023 share option program. The distribution is based on a decision of the general assembly of July 28, 2023 to establish an equity-based incentive program.
