National Guard Tests Drone Countermeasures
The commander of Cyprus's National Guard is working on a drone defense initiative inspired by war experience in Ukraine. Given massive drone production worldwide (Ukraine produces approximately 830,000 drones monthly), the development of countermeasures is considered strategically important. The project aims to strengthen Cyprus's defense capabilities against modern unmanned aerial vehicle technology.
