National Guard to provide support during disasters: New Civil Protection Law
A draft law to rename the Interior Ministry to the Ministry of Interior and Civil Protection will be discussed in the parliamentary Interior Committee on Thursday. The law would establish a National Civil Protection Mechanism and authorize the National Guard to provide support during natural disasters.
