NATO Summit: Europe Fills Gaps Left by US in Defense Plans
A NATO representative told Reuters that European members will announce at the upcoming NATO summit in Ankara that they have filled almost all of the gaps left by the US in the alliance's defense plans. The remaining major gap concerns strategic bombers, where the US has limitations.
