Navagio Beach Expanded to Protect Shipwreck
The world-famous Navagio Beach on the Greek island of Zakynthos will be expanded 30 meters seaward with gravel to protect the iconic shipwreck from erosion. The wreck, which ran aground in 1980, made the beach famous under the name 'Shipwreck Beach'.
