NAVTEX Issued – Recovery of Two Sunken Ships Begins
Following the sinking of the ships Perla Bianca and Petsas I on Saturday off Cape Greco, a NAVTEX was issued. The Shipping Ministry is now initiating the recovery of the wrecks and removal of environmental hazards. Safety measures for shipping are already in place.
