Neanderthals and Humans Shared the Same Culture – Archaeological Discovery
New archaeological findings from a cave in present-day Turkey show that Neanderthals and Homo sapiens exhibited surprisingly similar behaviors. The study, published in the journal PNAS, was led by İsmail Baykara of Gaziantep University and originates from the Üçağızlı II cave.
