Neolithic excavations reveal diverse diet 12,000 years ago
Analyses of findings from the Neolithic site Karahantepe in Turkey provide new insights into eating habits from approximately 12,000 years ago. The investigations show that the inhabitants at that time fed heavily on gazelle meat and legumes.
