New Chair of Securities Regulator for Modern Oversight
Georgios Karatziás was appointed as the new chairman of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and is prioritizing investor protection, effective regulation, and strengthening the credibility of the Cypriot capital market. Lukáš Lagoudis was appointed Vice-Chairman and Andrea Mounthi Savvidi as a Council member.
