New Cooperative Bank: Share Sale Begins July 22
The island-wide Cooperative Society begins selling up to 42 million new shares with a nominal value of one euro each on July 22, 2026. The offering runs until November 17, 2026 and aims at establishing a new cooperative bank. The Cypriot capital market authority has approved the prospectus.
