New Criteria for Spousal Registration of Foreign Partners
A bill changes the requirements for registering foreign spouses of Cypriot citizens living abroad. The previous three-year residence requirement in Cyprus is replaced with six months. Persons from the occupied territories do not receive rights under this provision.
