New Cypriot housing initiatives for families and young people
The Cypriot government announced two new housing construction measures aimed at supporting young people and families and increasing access to affordable housing. The program allows for the construction of additional floors or apartments on existing properties and makes approximately 570 state-owned plots available at 25 percent of market value.
