New Draft for Offender Rehabilitation Program Planned
The Almo party has submitted a bill to modernize the rehabilitation law for offenders. The goal is to expand rehabilitation opportunities for persons with older convictions, while maintaining enhanced controls for access to sensitive positions requiring high responsibility and trust.
