New Excavations to Find Remains of Cypriot National Poet
Excavations have begun at Ayios Nikolaos Cemetery in Limassol to locate the mortal remains of Cypriot national poet Vasilis Michaelides. Following a court order, experts are now permitted to take samples from the entire excavation site, rather than just a limited area as in the search conducted two years ago.
