New Financing Opportunities for SMEs Through Business Development Organization
The Cypriot Parliament passed the Business Development Organisation Law (Law 124(I)/2026) in July 2026, which provides for the establishment and operation of a new development organization. The organization is intended to provide improved access to financing options for small and medium-sized enterprises registered and operating in the Republic of Cyprus.
