New Housing Program Enables Additional Structures for Families
Cyprus is introducing a new housing program that allows homeowners to construct additional residential units for family members. This can be accomplished through vertical expansion, extension, or new construction on the property, with the new unit being up to 150 square meters or a maximum of 180 square meters.
