New Housing Promotion Program: Additional Dwelling Up to 180 m²
The new housing promotion program enables families to create an additional dwelling through roof-top additions, extensions, or use of existing land areas. The built-up area may be up to 150 m² and can be extended to up to 180 m² under certain conditions. Applications can be submitted until December 31, 2027.
