New Prisons: Contingency Plan in Case of Opposition
The Ministry of Justice is pursuing alternative site plans for the planned new prison if resistance to the project in the Mathiati-Kataliondi region cannot be overcome. A second location was recently introduced in discussions by the designated commission as an option to advance the project.
