New regulation for building additional floors for family members
The Interior Ministry has introduced a new program that allows homeowners to build an additional floor or extension for their children or grandchildren. The program permits the construction of a new residential unit even if the building density utilization of the property has already been fully exhausted. The measure aims to facilitate the accommodation of family members.
