Nicosia Building Authority processes historic volume of files
The Building Authority of the Nicosia region has archived 325,000 physical building files since its establishment and additionally took over 1,644 files on dangerous buildings without structural preparation and budget. Authority chief Konstantinos Giorkatzis emphasizes that an enormous volume of work has been accomplished since the administrative reform on July 1, 2024. Giorkatzis signals that further improvements are possible.
