Nicosia: Serious Drainage Deficiencies in Engomi
Nicosia municipal administration admits that the existing drainage infrastructure in Engomi is "inadequate" and neighboring areas have "no system" at all. This follows severe flooding that flooded a basement parking garage twice in August.
