An infectious disease specialist at Nicosia Hospital assures that there is no cause for concern regarding monkeypox in Cyprus, as no such case has been diagnosed to date, nor have any clinical symptoms been observed. The expert is a member of the National Surveillance Unit for Infectious Diseases of the Ministry of Health.
