Noma restaurant reopens in Copenhagen under new management
The renowned Copenhagen restaurant Noma is reopening under new leadership. Long-time head chef and co-founder René Redzepi has stepped back from day-to-day management. The restaurant will operate with a rotating seasonal menu, with a menu including wine pairing costing approximately 900 euros.
