Norovirus outbreak on cruise ship in the Caribbean
The cruise ship Caribbean Princess reported a norovirus outbreak with over 100 people falling ill. A total of 115 people showed symptoms, including 102 passengers and 13 crew members. The ship had departed from Port Everglades in Florida. This is the latest health emergency in the Caribbean region following several other infection cases.
