Northern Cyprus: Inflation adjustment by decree takes effect - unions surprised
Following the parliamentary adjournment and strike suspension, the regulation on cost of living adjustment has been published in the official gazette and has thus taken effect. This occurred despite the unions' expectation of further negotiations on the inflation measures.
