Oil Production in Persian Gulf Could Ramp Up Faster
According to energy expert Michael Lynch, oil producers in the Persian Gulf could ramp up their production faster than the market fears if the Strait of Hormuz is reopened. Many producers have had to halt production due to full storage tanks, with production estimated at approximately 8 to 10 million barrels per day.
