Old GSP Stadium: Missed Development Opportunity for Nicosia
The old GSP Stadium, closed for over 25 years, remains an unused structure with its concrete terraces and steel constructions in the center of Nicosia. Although renovation plans were created 15 years ago, the area remains undeveloped and vacant to this day.
