Old GSP Stadium Transformed into Restaurant and Retail Center
The old Cypriot GSP Stadium is being converted into a gastronomy, retail, and services center following completion of a tender process. The contract was awarded to PHC Ltd for managing five business units with planned cafés, restaurants, and shops. The agreement runs for ten years with possible renewal of up to 25 years. Nicosia Mayor Charalambos Prountzos welcomed this stadium development.
